95 ODO DIED
95 Ranger 3 liter auto 2wd.
Since my gas gauge went out to lunch last year, I've been relying on my trip/ODO to keep track of gas. Just noticed that the ODO took a dump on me too!
Searched the forums and it appears the gear drive on the ODO motor is shot.
Has anyone located a source for the gears, or motor assy???

I see you don't have any answers yet, so I'll see if I can get things started.
Maybe try a salvage yard for the odo, or parts.
On the fuel gauge, if you've used gas with high levels of sulphur, it could have corroded the fuel sender. Chevron claims their Techron Concentrate Plus, can tidy up those deposits, so maybe it's worth a try???? At the very least you'd get the injectors, intake valves & combustion chamber cleaned up & thats always a positive.
Seems I remember one of the autoparts chains running a bogo this month on the 20oz Techron & thats not a bad deal either.
Some thoughts for consideration, let us know how it goes.
