what idm to get?

good morning everybody hope your powerstrokes start and run today lol but anyways i know any idms from 95 to 03 will work in my 95 7.3 but i have choices from 96 to 03 idms i can buy right now off ebay and i was wondering which year is the best to get? plz let me know guys thanks

The newer ones from superdutys are 120V and are an upgrade to ours.

x2 I would love to find me a good deal on a 120v IDM. Then I could stop putting off my 140v mod.
