V10 running rough??

V10 running rough??
Hello everyone, this is my first post, wish it could be on a better note!!
i have a 2000 excursion 4x4 v10 with 90k. The past few months ive noticed a tug or miss fire at low RPM(2000 AN UNDER) the past week its gotten worse, some ocasional rough idol and the missing is getting worse. Any ideas on whats wrong?? Any help would be greatly appreciated, i dont want to take it to ford yet!!!!!!!!! PS: NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT YET

Have you changed the plugs yet? If you plan on keeping it, I'd change the plugs and boots as a starter and see if that helps. You're getting to the point to have to change them anyways at 90K miles.
