Fuel pump relay?

Where is the fuel pump RELAY on an 88 or 89 Ford F-150 4x4. I'm not much of a mechanic, and my neighbor needs a bit of help getting his son's truck fixed. It seems the fuel pump will not stop unless you disconnect the + battery terminal.
Any quick help is appreciated- He's freezing his *** off out there looking for it!

Fuel pump relay?

It's near the L hood hinge. It either has a green or brown connector. One is for the EEC and the other is for the FP.
