Need help trouble shooting
Ok so yesterday i drove my 1978 ford F150 to a friends house to pick up a sliding rear window and it ran fine. Then a couple hours later i got in a it was extremely hard to start then when it actually got started i would rev it and there was a rattling noise right at the end as the rpms were coming down. Really need your help guys.

What troubleshooting have YOU done so far? .. run to the 'puter and post a thread on FTE? C'mon now, ya gotta have some skin in the game before posting.
Can it be replicated? Or did it happen only once?
With a hard start condition I would start with the basics... air, fuel, and spark.
