Swapping a 300

What is the difference between the old 300 in the 60' and the 300's in the 90's Excluding <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">fuel injection</a>.. Can a person use a new style 300 with out useing the <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">fuel injection</a> ? What all changes does a person have to make ?

You should be able to by using an older head.

Swapping a 300

the new 300 has a lot more polution control crap. It also has a different set of exhaust manifolds. I think the head is also different... i believe it's got higher compression.

Swapping a 300

There's no provision for a mechanical fuel pump on the EFI blocks. The belts and pulleys are different, I'm pretty sure the water pumps rotate in different directions too.
