Mounting ECM Ideas
I'm in the middle of a 5.0 EFI conversion into my '66 F100 and looking for ideas on where to mount the computer. In the donor car the computer was mounted on the drivers side...but i'm not exactly sure of the length of the wiring to allow me to mount on the passenger side. Looking at the truck there is not much room on the fire wall of the drivers side due to the master cylinder, steering box, etc. I would like to mount it in the cab with two holes in the fire wall for the plugs...due to the fact that ford ecm's are not sealed.
Any Ideas? Suggestions? Pics of previous installs? would be greatly appreciated.
