Hey

My extended family is from those parts. My uncle would always go to the Sonic Drive-in and would come home with trophies etc. It's been a long while but there are one or two junk yards right on the SB side of 35 between Denton and Sanger. I would always look for stuff for my '65 Chevy...back when I didn't know any better.

Welcome F100 to wonderful DFW area. I live in Arlington,Tx and travel to Denton to see family ever so often. A few 4X4 owners in this area, mainly Bronco and BroncoIIs and Jeepers, go to the Bridgeport off road park(west of Denton about 30 minutes drive). Maybe this isn't your cup of tea(4-wheelin) but your welcome to go with us next time. There's also a few car clubs in this area, look in local newspapers and fliers left in store windows for dates/times/etc when they meet.. If ya need any used parts there's plenty of junkyards around. I get my parts from yards on Mansfield Highway south-east of FtWorth on 287. Great group of ppl here in this chapter, always willing to help a fellow Ford driver. Keep in touch and stay cool.
