STEERING WHEEL MOVING BACK AND FORTH OWN ITS OWN IN PARK

HI all first time posting great web site
does any body no why my power steering is moving on it own in park I have replaced the box and the pump and ball joints and the steering wheel keeps moving on its own

No? Ok, well then maybe this will bump it up so someone with a better idea can make a suggestion.

Does it do this every time you put your truck in park, or is it a one time deal? Check one thing at a time start with fluid level and the condition of the fluid....
