It'll have it stamped on the pass.side of the rear axle, Least that's where I found mine and mabey attached to a tag on a bolt. Also look at your tag on driver door by the latch
1964 F100: Ford 9" rear axle standard equipment / Dana 44 with Limited Slip an option / Dana 60.2 with Limited Slip an option.
The 9" does not have an inspection cover, the Dana's do.
The Warranty Plate is located on the left door face below the latch: Warranty Plate AXLE code: If it begins with a letter: Limited Slip. If with a number, no Limited Slip.
Ford 9" rear axle tag will be located under one of the bolts (at circa 5 o'clock) that retains the carrier to the housing.
The Dana axle ID tag is under one of the bolts that retain the inspection cover to the housing.
Do not be surprised if these tags are missing by now.
