New VIN plates
Does anyone know if a guy can get a new vin plate made for a 48, if so where? I would like to get one made and put it back in the <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">glove box</a>. Thanks!!!

Cory, <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com"><a href="http://www.motorhaven.com">Mid-Fifty</a></a> offers a stock vin rating plate for the 53-56 for the door jamb. They can stamp it with your vin or send it to you blank for you to stamp. Not sure if they offer the same thing for your year truck. Look at their site & e-mail them to find out. The page i found the 53-56 rating plate is http://www.midfifty.com/. Then search for rating plate.

Thanks Kevin, I will call them monday and see if they have one, surely they will know where to get one if they don't sell them, I am sure they have gotten calls before on them. Thanks again!!!
