Customer Service

I have got to say that Ford has got to have one of the worse customer service centers out there. They always say they will call you back the next day with an update on your case and never cease to follow through. It takes multiple calls and voicemails the last time I had to leave 8 messages over a period of 5 days to finally get a call back. No I did not call on the holiday or weekends. As one guy told me "When you are the buyer you have all the power but when you are the owner you have no power." Which is very true, if they are not going to stand behind their product then I will have to find something else. If you tell someone that you are going to call them back then follow through. I can stand a lot of things but not a LIAR or someone that doesn't stick to their word. This is their job to be a customer service representative and the one function they have to do. I for one know that if a customer had to leave me 8 messages before I called them back I would not have my job for very long.

Peggy would call you back.......

Just press 00000000 until someone picks up, or call a dealer and express your dismay.

Have called the dealer multiple times. What I am running into is the sales and service departments do not get along. The service department believes that my truck is fine even when they have rode in it and experienced the issue. The sales manager is more than willing to get me in a new one just wants to go through the proper channels with Ford to get it done. The service department nor Ford will call me back. I have told him I am about full of his product and since I have been buying new vehicles every year but I am about chock full of it and ready to try a Chevrolet or something if this is all they are going to be about it.

Have you tried using the Customer Service Rep named Cory that hangs out at The Diesel Stop? He has been very active there getting problems pushed through.

Hope this helps

Thanks rickatic. I will give that a try and see if that gets me anywhere. I love the truck other than the transmission and they need to make this right with me.
