Coolant Leak

Well i changed my oil cooler this past weekend and everything went great. Other than couldn't get the fan off. I flushed out my radiator and filler tank and now 4 days later i have a Leak somewhere on the driver side of the motor. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe thermostat but i didn't touch it. Could changing the cooler and flushing that stuff out maybe caused it somehow?

You might know it as the "Overflow Bottle"..... but Ford don't call it that....
