I just got my hands on the original bottle jack with a bracket. Unfortunately it did not come with a separate crank arm that fits under the seat. I've checked and could not find this item online. Does anyone have any idea where I can find this item or what else I can substitute it with (more recent models)?
A wrecking yard is your best bet. I find 'em all the time in Dentsides.. Funny though, I've been looking for an original bottle jack and they're always gone.

This style of crank was an accessory for these trucks, fits under the seat, has a hinge, so it can be folded. This crank was first used in 1938, so y'all may find it in any truck thru the 1990's.
1967/79 F100/350: The standard equipment crank (C7TZ-17081-A) is one loooong piece, was not placed under the seat (as I recall, it's almost as long as I am tall...and I'm 6-5).
As original, it was clipped to the front of the radiator support.

D3TZ-17080-C (replaced 8C-17080) .. Bottle Jack-rated at 1 1/2 tons capacity / Obsolete
1966 and earlier: The jack was not clamped to the inner fender apron. It was either placed under the seat...inside a burlap bag, or (with frame mounted tire carrier) placed into the spare wheel's center section.

Check ebay, I kept coming across few. And every one available does not come with a crank.
