Steering question

I have a 06 F350 with 197,000 miles and it seems to wander side to side slightly in the steering. Have to constantly adjust. It doesnt seem unsafe just notice it. No wear on the front tires. Any suggestion?

man thats great milage if you havent had to do any front end work yet

hows the drag link the one that hooks to the steering box
