Part Identification ??

I have a pully that I found while cleaning up the garage. The part number on the unit is EDC-22919-A1. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks.

Try posting a pic.

Based on the history of the garage, is there any reason to believe this came from anything of interest? Someone there have a hot rod, muscle car, or other collectible?

Or any Ford truck, as that's what this site is all about, and even a garden variety part might be of interest.
