Question

What's wrong with this picture?

Front end tie rod ends:

I just bought the truck so I'm still getting the hang of all the issues. What's up with the grease?

I would just clean it off with some carb cleaner and use a grease gun to squirt some new grease into the fittings until new grease comes out and clean up any excess and see if it gets that nasty looking again.

I should also mention that I get a bit of a click/grind sound when I turn lock to lock on either side. Will clean it off and see - didn't realize there were grease fittings under that.
