What is this part
98 F150 Automatic trans
Changing the fluids and filter in the trans. When I lowered the pan this part was in the bottom of it. Plastic and has a rubber ring around it. About 2" long.

Got my answer. It's the temp plug for the trans dip stick. So my fluid has never been changed!
