At a loss

2002 7.3L was running great. After being parked for only 4 hours it would not turn over. Attempted to jump the batteries with no luck the first few times. Eventually we did get it jump started, but died after about 30 seconds. Replaced the altinator, and then it died after 1 minute. Replaced both batteries, but now it won't start at all. The glow plug wait light stays illuminated at all times. Check engine light is on, and after running a diagnostics on it, the code came up for a bad PCM module. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Not sure where to go from here.............

Sounds like a ecm or something to that effect to me. Follow that pcm code it's probably the root of your prblems although I am sure its expemsive and may or may not fix it.
