Pitman arm troubles

Ive got a 1973 f-250 and i put a lift in. I cant get full turning abilities to the left, they told me i need to find a longer pitman arm or made for a lift...but everywhere i have looked i cant seem to find and thing for my year of pick up...any suggestions? Thanks

If I remember right Bronco Grave yard sells some drop pitman arms.

If you can't get a drop pitman arm you may be able to get an adjustable drag link which would do the same thing. If you can't, then you might have to cut and length'n your drag link.

For that style D44 you can get a 3" block that goes beneath the steering arm. It's made by superlift and last time I looked JBG sells them. I don't know if they come with longer studs or not. If you have some sky high lift it maybe not enough but I'd bet that will compensate enough.

what does your pitman arm look like ? i have one from an early 77 model that is about 2" longer than the one you have( that is if yours drops straight down ).
