when we went to Delta Colorado the Colorado river was maybe 1 foot lower than I70, they had just re opened the right lane. it was closed to lower the weight on the road due to the water being right at the road. Good snow pack in the Rockies for sure.

I put some torsk head bolts on my personalized plate so it would not
get pinched
