Does anybody know the cooling system capacity for a 1975 f-250 4X4 with the 390 c.i. heavy duty cooling?

If I read it correctly, it says 22.5 quarts for standard.
Add 1.5 quarts to this if "Extra Cooling or Air Conditioning"
Add 2 quarts to this if "Super Cooling or Heavy Duty Trailer Towing"

I dont see year model specified on this sheet but maybe its close enough?
