The largest fireworks show in New England is tonight between Groton and New London. The Day newspaper indicated the Gucci fireworks show will draw in the neighborhood of 300,000 people tonight at 9:20 or for all you military people 21:20 hrs.

My friend, wife and I are going around 5pm, we hope to eat dinner and hit a local watering hole along Bank Street. Some of those taverns have back decks that overlook the water. Would make a great view for fireworks.

It's really hard for me to be motivated enough to do that.

Going from a 61" Scag zero turn rider (ZTR) at work to a late 80s Bobcat 48" walk-behind at home is a bit depressing.
The ZTR could literally mow circles around a walk-behind. We do lawns in 20 minutes or less at work... ours takes me 2 hours with that walk-behind.

with that mower my tiny lawn would would be like a sneeze, lol. I hate mowing but with the tractor it isn't too bad but it takes longer. By the time I pull out the push mower to get what I missed with the tractor, it probably would have been done

Hoping for a little more pep and a smoother idle I just ordered new ignition parts for the 150. On order is a Accel cap & rotor, MSD street fighter coil, Taylor 8.2mm wires, and some E3 plugs.

It takes me about 45 minutes to do our yard with the 33" walk behind. Pete, I know the feeling, we used the scag 61" zero turns when I was working landscaping too. Time to go grab some beer and float around the pool!

I'm glad I don't have to complain about my mower. The wife mows the lawn with a John Deere riding mower. All I have to do is change the oil and grease it.

Yeah. I was wondering the other day... how did you manage to only have to wind trimmer heads every other week? I'm usually doing it two or three times a week.

You'll get better, I went through a lot of line too when I first started.

Yeah probably. I burn through a lot of line trimming back grass from curbs, walkways, and driveways.

It's a nice job for me though. Each lawn takes 20 minutes or less which is about the amount of time I can stay interested in one thing.
