Well no but it's a 12 hour fasting period. I always snack starting now until I go to sleep.

Going to try to make the 6am slot.

Well not really Neil.

Doc said I gained 10lbs, blood pressure was up and I quite taking my blood pressure and cholesterol pills some time ago because I hate taking drugs.

The meds for the pinched nerve is not working after 4 pills for 1 day. Now go to 3 a day, then 2 a day, then 1 a day for the rest of the week, then cured I hope because they AIN'T gonna cut me.

 

Ahhhhh I see.

 

I think his scales were wrong!

When I got home my scales showed I actually lost 2 lbs. lol

 

I think that all doctor's scales read heavy.

Well as you can see, I survived the blood test, and wouldn't you know they decided today was the day they were going to be late for work. I was first there to have to wait, lol.

Although I think I need a blood transfusion now because they took 3 quarts. At least it felt like 3 quarts since I had my eyes closed the whole timey.

Thought for a minute they were going to have to strap me in the chair.
