Hey Steve, yeah first time for over 200 miles in one day. I have done plenty of centuries (over 100 miles) however this was unique. I did stop for a couple hours at buddies of mine house to visit and fuel up with lunch. I am just alittle sore but nothing horrible.

Congratulations. It would take me a year to do that much. But then again I have a Walmart $89 special that a friend gave me. It has 18 speeds and I finally found the one I liked.

Good early morning Alabama.. Another hot night at work. My vest was starting to get rank so the manager of the day got me a new one at the end of shift. The old vest was soaking wet from sweat again.
