8.8'' help!!
last night i was driving my 94' f150 loaded down with a car hauler and my 77' f150 up a pretty steep canyon and about ten miles up it i started to hear a popping sound come from the rear end whenever i shifted gears or pressed the clutch. it did this all the way home thankfully the rear end didnt blow up. when i did get a chance to pull the cover i discovered the pin in the diff sheared through. to replace it do I need to pull the whole diff and axles out or what? This is the first time i have had trouble with this axle so i am not familiar with it. how do i fix it and put it all back together without screwing it up any help is much appreciated.
