you should have seen my last rig!! it was a nissan hardbody pickup standard cab!!! that thing was small but man it got great mileage lol

I found a 77 F150 in great shape on craigslist for $800 sans title, I might go get it and throw the engine from the '79 in there and scrap the '79.
After further investigation this last weekend, it looks like the '79 was rolled at some point and the there is not a panel on the truck without body filler. Not sure what to do at this point?

Im sure I could, between the dana 44 and 9", its worth the $800 at least. Im just trying to figure out the most cost effective way to do this.
Edit: As if projects are ever 'cost effective' lol

Not yet, still need to get a timing chain and balancer for the Cleveland, then figure out my serpentine setup for it. I put that on the back burner until the truck is sorted out though.
