Those look like barrels...a little too much for my preference. Even if they sounded good, I doubt it would make up for the obnoxious size.

LOL, I actually got the pics off a Mustang forum. There was a thread on exhaust tip diameter effecting sound, and someone posted the pics. Like 'em or not, you gotta give the guy props for being creative. The craftsmanship looks pretty good as well.

I hope that isn't your truck. It has to be the worst looking pair of stacks I have ever seen. This type of thing is just like big fart cans on ricers.

So unless your truck is diesel and rolls a whole lot of coal all the time, and you pull a trailer alot, I would say stacks are not necessary. There's other things to spend money on with our trucks that will give you more benifit. But personally, i like the look of stacks, and plan on getting them for my truck (i also plan on getting about 350-400 hp out of my 7.3 Powerstroke, so they will serve their purpose).
I can see what your saying, but they just don't look right on pickup trucks. It might look ok and a dually with a flatbed, like a hauler or something. Even then I don't know.

They are made by a company called Pypes....
Here is their you tube advertisement YouTube - ‪Pypes Exhaust 12" Diesel Smoke Stacks‬‏

To the OP I have an 01 dually that is going to be lifted and I have 5" miter cut stacks on it. Anyone that sees it says that they fit the truck. Stacks can make or break a truck. The bull horns are a dodge thing anyway they do not look right on a Ford.

I think with the right tips they look good. They need to stop right at the top of the cab so they don't stick over, and I think anything over 5" is unnecessary... but, to each their own!
