Swapping Turbos. Van and 38r. Van turbo pedestal didn't have ebpv. My 38 r pedestal does. Do I need to swap them too. Or just not need it on the van turbo? New area for me. Thanks

Unless you have a deleted outlet you will need to swap them as well.

That is for the EBPV solenoid to close the valve.
