Did you mean f2 or f1? F1 would be 11 inch and f2 12 inch. I've got f1 cores if you want to pay shipping they are yours. I'm pretty sure you can get the bendix style shoes at carquest for the 12 inch not sure about the early lockheed style.

Can't you just get them relined? Do they do that anymore? I remember when you could drill out the rivets and rivet new linings on them yourself.
Have you tried searching for 12 x 2.5 or 12 x 3 Ford brake shoes to see if they would fit?

Re-lining
THere was a place close to me that did re-lining but it closed a few years ago thanks to the junk coming in from China. I found some people that claim to have them but when I see the shoe in person, they are wrong.
p.s. They are skinny, I measured 1 13/16 wide, not 2"
