Yes a 2001 will fit a 2011, but it won't work the other way. The difference in offset on the 2001 wheel will make the tires stick out from under the body by at least 1.5".
Bolt pattern is 8 on 170 mm on all Superduty SRW trucks since 1999.

I spoke to a guy at NWtruckworks.com this afternoon and he mentioned that Centramatic had outsourced their manufactuturing of the centramatic balancers outside the US. They had ordered a large amount of stock anticipating completion of a manufacturing site in the US. The transition to the domestic mfg site is not ready and hence the backlog of orders. (at least that's the story I was told). I hope if I do order eventually, that the quality is as good as or better than prior products. Of course, when I called back in the spring, they were 3 weeks out on delivery then so I don't know if we'll see any centramatics anytime soon or not.
