Front hubs & wheel bearings

I seem to be having a problem with my front wheel bearings staying tight!?! I installed new warn lockouts, just the factory fords had 246,000 on them and thought i would do my truck a favor. I did an oil change at work this past monday and shook down the front end and noticed the driver front wheel was way loose, and the passenger side was ok but there was room for improvment, and that was about 1,500 miles since i changed the lockouts. Now 300 miles later the front end is makeing wierd noises and suspect the wheel bearings to be loose again. What is wrong. The ford hub has a huge spring and the new warn do not, was i to reuse that spring, the instrusctions did not say, the 4x4 works fine. That ratching nut the adjusts wheel bearing i there to be a key way in it because there is not and didnt take one out either, well work with that information and ask what ever i forgot thanks a head of time!

This would be a LOT easier if you used some punctuation in there & checked your spelling... :-X23

The hub locks don't hold the wheel bearings tight, and neither does the spring inside the locks. You have to pull the large C-ring just inside the lip of the hub to get the hub lock out of it, so you can get to the bearing nuts behind it. Look here:
http://www.webphotos.com/list_photos.asp?mi=3&smi=1&a=66946
That shows auto hubs, but yours will be very similar.
