Looking for BB pics
Hey all,
I belong to Pinebrook Community Hose Company here in New Jersey. I'm trying to put together some promotional materials which showcase the historical roots of the organization, and I want to accurately show our oldest truck in these. Problem is, I only have half a picture of it and, unfortunately, I can't take new pictures of it as it is no longer with us. As far as I know, it was originally a BB with some sort of commercial body on it, and a fire body was added at a later date- 1941 to be specific (although the body was probably used at the time of installation). Therefore, the body and the chassis/cab may not be of the same vintage. Also, since it was originally a commercial truck, it had a full steel roof on the cab, which is uncommon for fire trucks. Does anyone here have pictures of such a truck, that they'd be willing to share?
