TPS Life span
How long is a TPS suppose to last? I replaced my pedal assembly less than 2 years ago. I ordered OEM parts from Ed, but this one is on it's last leg, too. Any ideas?

Mine's lasted for 367k so far. I'd guess it's hit or miss like with most electrical stuff.
Maybe check for any corroded pins, broken locking tabs, etc. that might be causing yours to die prematurely.

I had to bite the bullet and go to the stealership. I couldn't wait to order one from Ed. When I tried to leave a stop light there nothing there when I hit the pedal. I was able to limp in. They got me for $194. Which is better than the $254 the dealer originally quoted me. I told him about Ed's pricing and he gave me a break.
The connections that I could see looked good. No corrosion or burns. All wires appeared to be in tact.
