Bully locking fuel door

Anyone have one? Looking for some feedback on how they are - quality, ease of install, secure? Thanks...

Compared to most of the mods I do to my Jeep & EX, $71 is on the low end. I personally think it looks pretty cool but the main reason is security. The locking caps with the plastic caps are too easy to defeat so I'm hoping this would be a bit harder to break into...

It will be a lil harder to break into. I bought one for my truck. Dont think it was the brand you are looking at. The only prob with it i see is the lock they use. Its uses a Ch751 key. They use thoes looks on everything. I bought a Brand new 2012 Camper and the locks on the storage compartments are the same as the fuel door lock on my truck. Also i am able to unlock my cousins storage on his camper and complete strangers comparments . I swaped out the locks with " Drink Machine Key Style" on my camper and my truck all Keyed alike so i know it will be much harder for theives to get to my goods. Does not prevent it but it helps deter it. Thats my .02

I have a Bully model:

It's actually very smooth - those swirls were from the flash.

It was fairly easy to install - 20 minutes maybe (the nuts and washers are SMALL).

I had to tweak the holes on one of the mounting brackets (the cap, NOT the truck) for the mount to get it to sit flat with the body, but was easy to do if you have a drill press or a hand drill and a c-clamp to hold the bracket down.

Not sure how much it will help "protect" my fuel, but it is a good looking deterrent. You can get them much cheaper than $71...found mine for around $50 at PepBoys.

It is better than nothing.
I don't like the idea of losing $180.00 in fuel!

The bully ones are like $30 if you shop around on ebay, I paid an extra $20 to get the Rolling Big Power one, just because my wife liked the star, good excuse huh

The Rolling Big Power one is actually made by Bully, its the exact same thing, but it has the star.

How hard will it to paint it to match the truck? All I found are chrome or polished.

I need to investigate more

Someone with a white Ex needs to buy one of these so I can get their old white cap. Mine was damaged by previous owner. How I don't know but its an eyesore to me.
