I took all the hoes off of it and the prefilter to the canister and the line running to the gas tank and blew air through it. It seem to help a bit, but not much. I think it is a matter of buying a new one. Good luck

I saw a thread on this site awhile back talking about it on the gas f250, if u search google for ford f250 v8 slow fill, it will pull up. There are some tsb's on it also, ford recalled abunch of them. But I'm out of the time so the kit is $500.
