I have created an album under my name documenting all the factory markings I'm finding while tearing down this one-owner '66 f250. I know there are lots of people more knowledgeable than I on these Fords and most of this info has probably already been discussed but I figured I would post it anyway for history's sake.
I did find a tag under the cab floor mat still attached to the firewall insulation. The tag was on the cab floor when the floor was painted from the factory. Not sure what it's too but you can see it in the album and thought it was pretty cool.
I would say thats an inspectors tag relating to your specific truck except the quantity says 9...so my best guess is its a tag from the supplier or shop(given the Ford oval at the bottom) within Ford.
Either way, its a definate keeper...As to the C...whats the paint code as shown on your Warranty Plate on the drivers door rear latch face?? If its a C as well...which would indicate Special White as I recall...
