how long should it take for engine swap?

Not really possible all by yourself, you'll need another person for about an hour both taking out and putting in the engine. When the engine is about 3/4 out of the bay it starts hitting all kinds of important stuff and you'll need one other to watch and adjust while you lift. Aside from that doing it by yourself will be 20-30 hours depending on how badly rusted some bolts may be, your skill level and tools on hand. I had some pages bookmarked on the swap but it was on my other computer that crapped out, this site has one or two threads as does F150online. Search 4.6 engine swap or just engine swap.
