Hard start 2000 7.3
When I let my truck sit for awhile (a few days) and don't drive it, it has a hard time starting. If I let thte glow plug light go out before I turn it over the probl;em seems worse. It turns over fast for a few seconds then slows down. If I recycle the key it will finally start. In the winter the problem is worse and if I don't plug it in it will not start and the batteries go down trying ot crank it. I have one new battery and one that is about three years old. Is this the problem?
