I recently purchased a 1979 F 150 Ranger Super cab. I've been wanting an old truck forever. I have no plans on restoring it or anything major like that. I just need to repair some rust and touch it up. Problem...where can I get the paint?
I've been looking around and a lot of places have gallons or quarts of paint, but all I'm really looking for is spray cans. I'm not going to have it painted completely(nor could I afford to). It's in great shape and really doesn't need it. Just a rust spot here and a pencil sized hole there.
Any idea where I could get spray cans in those colors?

Two choices. Duplicolor makes small rattle cans of touch up paint to factory colors. Other is go to your local auto paint supply store and they can mix and put in rattle cans for you.
