Yeah this is the best shot i have of my 03,
I thought it was a sterling 10.5 also

The sterling doesn't have a drain plug. It does have a fill plug on the side though.

Correct. The 08 rear diff will fit your truck. You will however need longer bolts.

yes you can put the 08 covers on you need longer bolts.

Sorry I thought I had a different rearend....I have already replaced my differential cover with the 2008.

Looks good I just changed the fluid in my rear diff. two weeks ago, my wife gave me a hand because she was curious about how to do it. I popped the cover and I thought she was gonna puke!! LOL.

Have her do the fronts! The front oil is green (IIRC)
