im looking to buy the towing mirrors for my 02 f250. currently i have the paddle mirrors ( i believe thats what there called) im looking for just electric no heat or turn signals. i found some new ones on ebay for $150 bucks for the pair. Anybody think thats a good deal? Or can i find some cheapier anywhere else. I called around to junk yards and they didnt have anything. also have been checking craigslist ads and couldnt find anything.

Beware of the cheapies on ebay, most likely they are made in China crap. Unless they say that they are OEM......I wouldn't buy em. I learned the hard way, mine shake like crazy during windstorms on the highway....it's extremely annoying and distracting

Not to derail but do they have heated mirror one's for our year trucks-99-03, a complete bolt on?? I got power mirrors now but always wished I had the heated, they come in handy in inclimate weather.

Yes they do. Go to discountautomirror.com. That's were I got mine. Heated, power, no turn signal direct bolt on. I paid $200 shipped to my door. Keep an eye on them. When they have sales they are normally about $50 off a set.

I bought a set of heated non-turn signal style tow mirrors from a guy who had them on an '02 X. Yes, the heated option is very nice to have.

i think i have aftermarket paddle mirrors on now. bought the truck with them on. they have heat, power, and blinker. but blinker isnt connected cause the factory wire isnt set up for it. I think ill just wait to see if can find someone selling some tow mirrors than buy aftermarket for now.

Question for ya... did you have to do anything when you installed the heated mirrors? Any custom wiring? Or just plug-and-play? I'm thinking a shut-off switch would be good... But I hate friggin with electrical!

I put my heated ones on a rocker switch. they were on the truck by PO, and I just wired them up.
