I am not sure if it's too late or not - Kathy (flyer122) worked all the details out and she would be better suited to answer. We'd love to have you come join us and say hello though..
Unfortunately, I got scheduled to work for that day... right after I posted. Kathy was kind enough to send me a PM, but I had to decline. Looking forward to the next gathering, though... Thanks, Bill. Nice to meet ya.
Doesn't sound like there will be any trouble getting there, just ugly for the return trip home. Just something more to make the GTG even more interesting!!!
I've been keeping an eye on the storm. I live along the Neshaminy Creek and have to watch the flood levels. The county engineers are coming out to my place tomorrow morning to measure for lifting my house. I'm getting ready to tighten everything down around the property in anticipation of heavy winds over the weekend. Gov. Christie is urging people to voluntarily leave the shore area before Sat. afternoon and Mayor Nutter in Phila. just did a cautionary warning on the local news. They're saying it may be the worst storm to hit this area in the last 50 years. I don't know if I'll be coming Sat., I'm waiting to see how the forecast is tomorrow evening.
Just looked the weather up for Pottsville.. Looks like scattered thunderstorms forecast.. I hope you guys coming in form the east are extra careful.. looks like it's gonna get pretty nasty out that way...
Not sure if were going to make it or not. My truck is still in the shop, plus with the huricane its gonna be a crazy weekend! Should know more by tomorrow afternoon.
