Can't See Speedometer

Can't See Speedometer
I searched the forum for this problem, but all were related to the numbers being wrong. My problem is that I can't SEE the speedometer! I have an instrument I plug into the OBDII port to use mostly as an instrument gauge that also has a speed feature. THAT works fine.
I am assuming (dangerous word) that my problem is probably a blown bulb or bad cluster? I am able to see the odometer and Tow/Haul light, etc, just NOT the speedo.
Any ideas?
