vinbration in 3rd gear

I have a 1994 f-150 xlt 5.0 with a e4od and i have a bad vibration in third gear, when i am driving in there gear it have a bad vibration then it goes away and comes back again. Like every 500 feet i have this vibration and it last for like 200 feet and goes away and then it will happen again. it will also vibrate when im in 4th gear and its down shifting to 3rd. Can you help? thanks

It sounds like a bad torque converter to me. Get it fixed asap before you end up rebuilding the transmission.
