Cooling System flush
Did the coolant system flush today with the VC9. Removed the thermostat, made things much easier. Truck only has 50K miles on it but wanted to get the ratio correct. It's been off since I did the head gasket job. I followed the instructions in the tech folder and everything went according to plan. Flushed it 4 times with Distilled after the VC9 flush. Wasn't dirty at all. More piece of mind.

By removing the t/stat did you get it up to temp did you add any cardboard in front of the radiator because the Restore products have to get to 185-190* before they do there job and must drive for 1hr on each product, i went through 48 gallons of distilled water and have 30k on mine, i ditched the gold junk and installed Delo ELC coolant
