2004 lugnut question

How do I know if the lugs on my 04' are 14x1.5, or 14x2.0?

Take one nut off and take into any autoparts store.

Under Truck/SUV section states the below for Excursion

YEAR THREAD SIZE
00-02 14 x 2.00
03-present 14 x 1.50

That year is fine thread, they started out with coarse in '99 but must have had trouble with them staying tight. They went to fine in about '03.
