Upload your picture/s to a free hosting site like Photobucket or Image shack then copy and paste the image url here in your post (copy and paste the "IMG" link).
I believe you need a few posts before you can do so? 25?
Anyway look at the bottom of the forum page under section "Posting Rules", you know for sure if you can when you see it read,
[ IMG ] code is On
Rather then,
[ IMG ] code is Off
If it says "on" you're good to go, if not it will/should change after you make a few more posts.
