Braking problem

My 2000 F250 really bucks and shakes when I brake particularly at higher speed. I though I might have a warped rotor so I replaced those and it is still bad if not worse. Any Ideas? As I slow down almost a stop the truck surges as well.

Welcome to the site!
Did you replace all 4? And it did it stop better right after you changed them? Check that one wheel isn't heating up more than the others indicating stuck caliper..
Rear emergency brakes ok?
FYI usually when you change the front rotors the pedal shake will disappear completely. Rears not so much but will do it.

Could have bad bearings in front possibly!
