Jet chip installation?
Where exactly is the ECU located on a 97 ford ranger xlt?
and does anyone know where i can buy some contact cleaner? i was told i need some to install my jet chip i just got..
and also, any tips twords installing it, i've never done it, and any information would be helpful, my friend gave me a walkthrough for it, but neglected to mention where it is in the first place...

Jet chip installation?
Top/center of the firewall you'll see the computer box with a wiring harness attached with a 10mm bolt.
You don't need contact cleaner, a Scrotch-Brite pad and rubbing alcohol will do the job.
